Sue & Carole carry out the Jigsaw training courses, using their extensive experience in the training and education sectors.

Sue Gibbs

Training Manager

Sue graduated in 1979 with a degree in combined studies, which included education.

She has over 30 years managerial experience in retail, hospitality and catering, and has delivered workplace training throughout her career.



Carole Smith

Operations Manager

B.Ed(HONS) Certificate of Education; IOSH – Managing Safety; First Aid Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer.

Carole has worked in education for over 25 years as a primary school teacher, SENCO and with babies to pre-school.
